Matt Peachey is the Managing Director at the Learning Resources Group. Over the past decade, he has grown the small resource development company into one of the largest training resource providers in the country and industry leaders in digital and LLN space of Vocational Education Support.

Matt has spent extensive time working directly with RTO’s all over the country to help them implement their training and assessment programs. He has also assisted a number of RTO’s with their marketing and business strategies.

Recently, Matt has orchestrated the transition from Safe Work Resources into The Learning Resources Group to ensure that the organisation is poised to support the VET industry through future changes.

Prior to his work in the VET sector Matt had 10 years working in the automotive industry firstly in sales management and eventually as a process and strategy consultant.

Outside of the TLRG office, Matt can be found volunteering for Lifeline as a counsellor, scouring the countryside for great wine or touring around on his motorcycle.

David Cunning is the General Manager of The Learning Resources Group. He has been in the VET sector for 12 years and has spent the best part of the last decade managing the creation of training and assessment resources for over 300 units of competency. He was the driving force behind the LLN Robot System of assessing and supporting vocational education students across the country.

Dave has invested himself in understanding the industry by attaining his Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and also a Diploma of Vocational Education and Training and a Diploma in Training Design and Development.

Prior to working in the VET sector, Dave was a psychology graduate and a graphic artist who ran his own independent publishing house.

Outside of TLRG office, Dave was voted the world's greatest dad by a 2/3 majority of his 3 sons. He is an amateur e-sports participator, avid motorcycle accumulator and aspires to be the single largest consumer of 2-minute noodles in the southern hemisphere.

Elise Honey heads up the Client Relationship Team at The Learning Resources Group. Having started out with the company 6 years ago as a Desktop Publisher, then later Production Coordinator, Elise has a broad scope of knowledge spanning the entire TLRG resource range.

Coming from a background in Primary Education, Elise has gained a broad understanding of the VET sector and has a strong handle on the need for improved Language Literacy and Numeracy skills for adult learners.

Outside the office Elise has a keen interest in British Bulldog management and is a cake baker of legendary status.

Stef Cola has worked in a range of roles at The Learning Resources Group over the past 6 years. During her time here she has worked within the resource production team before transitioning into the digital development team.

As part of her digital transition she worked closely with the marketing team to implement a strong Social Media message. This linked in with her web development prowess to bring a consistent brand to the TLRG digital presence.

Moving into a more technical facing role; she oversaw the development of the LLN Robot System as it grew to accommodate the changing LLN needs of the industry.

Outside of the TLRG office, Stef can be found renovating her house, watching Netflix or avidly brunching.
